Inspection & Accreditation Workshop
June 7, 2009 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
This training workshop is designed to explain the requirements for NetCord-FACT accreditation of Cord Blood Banking Programs. FACT representatives will be in attendance to clarify the intent of the NetCord-FACT Standards, provide inspectors tips for conducting inspections, and assist banking programs in organizing and preparing their programs for the accreditation process.
Practical application of the NetCord-FACT Standards and the FACT Accreditation Process stimulate discussion about effective and ineffective inspection practices and techniques. In addition to the expert faculty’s tips and advice, participants become involved in the workshop material to provide colleagues with their insights into how to provide the best care to patients and successfully obtain NetCord-FACT accreditation.
Registration Fees are as follows:
- Applicant Facility:
Regular Rate (On or before May 10) $500
Late Rate (May 11 or after) $550
- FACT Inspector: Registration costs are covered by FACT.
