Information for Exhibitors and Contributors

Exhibitor ProspectusThe Annual International Umbilical Cord Blood Transplantation Symposium has shown tremendous growth in attendance since the first Symposium. The attendance for the 2010 Meeting was 511. Included in the Prospectus are details on a number of outstanding opportunities for companies to support the Symposium through participation at the 2010 Symposium and Exhibit Trade Show. The 2010 Exhibit Hall was located in the Pacific Concourse of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.By popular demand, the 2010 Symposium expanded to a 3-day event, offering additional time with attendees. The exhibits were open during Thursday, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, session breaks and lunches. The exhibits closed on Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. Seating for meals were located within the Exhibit Hall. All levels of professionals within the cord blood stem cell transplantation industry attended, including key decision makers. This Symposium is an excellent opportunity for contributors and exhibitors to meet new prospects and network with existing clients.

This year we also offered additional options for contributions, hosting and other marketing opportunites with or without exhibiting. Several of our participants put on an Industry Workshop during designated times. This is a wonderful opportunity to present new products or information to our attendees. Note that these additional opportunities were offered on a “first-come” basis.

As in prior years, the Exhibit Hall did sell out well in advance of the Symposium. Information for the 2011 Symposium will be available at the end of Summer 2010.
